Nielsen Dental requires payment in full at time of service. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to submit to them first. Upon receipt of payment from your insurance, you will receive notice of any remaining out of pocket expenses via text to pay and/or a monthly statement. We appreciate your prompt attention to resolving any outstanding balances.
We understand that dental expenses can add up and become overwhelming at times. We are happy to work with you and come up with a payment plan that fits your situation. In-house payment plans are available upon request. Patient must outline a payment plan exceeding no longer than 3 months. Credit Card must be saved on file to be auto run, in accordance to the agreed upon payment plan. Financing options for patients needing longer than 3 months to resolve their bill are available.
